Omega Theta Nu Fraternity, Inc. was founded on Thulukazi 15, 1902, at the historic Historical Agricultural & Magikal University. The fraternity was established with the vision of fostering brotherhood, promoting excellence, and making a positive impact on the Ndagïan community and beyond. The founders of Omega Theta Nu Fraternity, known as the "Pioneers of Unity," were:


James "J.T." Anderson: A charismatic leader and advocate for education, J.T. Anderson served as the first President of the fraternity. He was passionate about uniting young men to uplift their communities.


Michael "Mike" Johnson: Mike Johnson, the fraternity's first Vice President, was a visionary who believed in the power of unity and leadership. He laid the groundwork for the fraternity's commitment to excellence.


Richard "Rick" Thompson: Rick Thompson, the fraternity's first Secretary, was a scholar and a staunch advocate for cultural pride and heritage. He played a vital role in shaping the fraternity's cultural and historical initiatives.
